So my A/C kept blowing the internal fuse. My brother replaced the thermostat, that wasn't the problem I had him take it back off since I have a gas.line running to it, if it's electrical I didn't want a spark happening around a gas line.

I called Pivotal and told them what happened and what my brother had done. The tech came out (took two weeks). He wouldn't touch it because there thermostat wasn't hooked up. He told me to call Pivitol back.

I called them back and was told since a licensed electrician did not hook up the thermostat they couldn't help me. First why did the first person I talk to inform me of this, she sent out a tech. Second when i told her what the problem was and told her it contiued after we relplaced the thermostat she said they had now way of verifiying that is was broken before we we replaced it. HEY LADY WHY WOULD I BUY A NEW IF THERE WASN'T AN ISSUE, I felt like she was calling me a lier.

I told her I had a gas line running to my A/C unit she told me that A/C units don't have gas lines so I wasn't right..ITS MY HOUSE I THINK I KNOW MOER THEN HER!!.

After trying to understand why i needed a licensed electrician to install a thermostat a normal person can buy a at Walmart and put it in themselves, it's easy and comes with instructions. And being made to feel like I was stupid and a liar I hung up.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
